கவிமணி தேசிக விநாயகம் பிள்ளை (27 சூலை 1876 – 26 செப்டம்பர் 1954) 20ஆம் நூற்றாண்டின் தலைசிறந்த தமிழ்க் கவிஞர்களில் ஒருவர். குமரி மாவட்டத்தின் தேரூர் எனும் கிராமத்தில் பிறந்த இவர், பக்திப் பாடல்கள், இலக்கியப் பாடல்கள், வரலாற்று நோக்குடைய கவிதைகள், குழந்தைப் பாடல்கள், இயற்கைப் பாட்டுகள், வாழ்வியல் போராட்ட கவிதைகள், சமூகப் பாட்டுகள், தேசியப் பாட்டுகள், வாழ்த்துப் பாக்கள், கையறு நிலைக் கவிதைகள், பல்சுவைப் பாக்கள் எனப் பல்வேறு தளங்களில் முத்திரை பதித்துள்ளார்.

சிறுத்தையே வெளியில் வா! - பாரதிதாசன்
பாரதிதாசன், தமிழ்ப் புதுக்கவிதையின் முன்னோடிகளுள் ஒருவராகவும், திராவிட இயக்கத்தின் கருத்தியலைத் தன் கவிதைகள் மூலம் பரப்பிய புரட்சிக்கவிஞராகவும் போற்றப்படுபவர். 'புரட்சிக்கவிஞர்', 'பாவேந்தர்' என்றெல்லாம் அழைக்கப்படும் இவரின் இயற்பெயர் கனகசுப்புரத்தினம். புதுச்சேரியில் பிறந்த இவர், சுப்பிரமணிய பாரதியார் மீது கொண்ட அளவற்ற பற்றின் காரணமாகத் தன் பெயரை 'பாரதிதாசன்' என்று மாற்றிக்கொண்டார். இவரின் புரட்சிகரமான சிந்தனைகளுக்குச் சிறந்த எடுத்துக்காட்டாகத் திகழும் கவிதைகளில் ஒன்றுதான் 'சிறுத்தையே வெளியில் வா!'
நாட்டு வணக்கம் - பாரதியார்
பாரதியார் என்று பரவலாக அறியப்படும் சின்னசுவாமி சுப்பிரமணிய பாரதி (திசம்பர் 11, 1882 – செப்டம்பர் 11, 1921), கவிஞர், எழுத்தாளர், இதழாசிரியர், விடுதலைப் போராட்ட வீரர் மற்றும் சமூக சீர்திருத்தவாதியாகத் திகழ்ந்தவர். நவீன தமிழ்க் கவிதையின் முன்னோடியாகக் கருதப்படும் இவர், தமிழின் சிறந்த இலக்கியவாதிகளில் ஒருவராகப் போற்றப்படுகிறார். "மகாகவி" என்ற புனைப்பெயரால் அறியப்படும் இவர், இந்திய சுதந்திரப் போராட்டத்தின் போது தேசபக்தியைத் தூண்டும் பல பாடல்களை இயற்றினார்.

This conference aims at bringing together researchers from across the world working on low-resourced and minority languages to create more speech and language technology for languages of the world.
We invite submissions on topics that include, but are not limited to, the following:

Regular Papers: 12 - 15 pages (including references)
Short Papers: 6 - 8 pages (including references)
AUTHOR GUIDELINES
Authors must follow the Springer LNCS formatting instructions.
For camera-ready papers use Latex or Word style provided on the authors' page for the preparation of papers.
